Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Recep Efe, Kasu Player, Willdenowstr. 12a, 13353 Berlin, Germany, email: support@kasuplayer.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://kasuplayer.de/widerruf/en/ (“Withdraw from contract”, linked at the bottom of every page).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (here: Kasu Pro code) once we have begun performing the contract after you have 1. expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, 2. acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and 3. we have provided you with a confirmation in accordance with § 312f BGB.
