FAQ
Are channels or movies included?
No. Kasu Player is a player only and does not include or sell any channels, movies, series or subscriptions. You use your own playlist (M3U link or Xtream Codes login) and are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use it.
Which devices does Kasu Player run on?
Currently Windows 10 and 11. Versions for Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV are in the works.
How do I get my Pro code?
Right after your purchase on the order confirmation page and by email. You can also find it in your customer account at any time. Enter it in the app under Settings → Kasu Pro – done.
I got a new device – what happens to my code?
A code works on up to 2 devices at the same time. On your old device, remove Pro under Settings → Kasu Pro and then use the code on the new one.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep Pro for good.

On first launch Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” (SmartScreen) because the app is new. Click More info → Run anyway. Kasu Player updates itself automatically afterwards.
